I have not had any previous tutoring or teaching experience, but I feel confident that I would be able to give high-quality assistance in this field. I want to be a tutor not only to help others, but also to improve my area of knowledge on the subject at hand and social skills needed for everyday life. My strengths include patience, upholding a hard working mentality when given a task, and the ability to maintain an open mind. Also, I work well with others and feel as though I can enhance stressful situations by providing comfort and ease. I am currently enrolled in the following courses at Idaho State University: Surveying Adjustments, Economic Issues, Land Information System, Remote Sensing, Geodesy and Critical Reading and Writing. I feel as though these classes are relevant because they pertain to math and english. In general, I am very reliable and responsible. I feel positive that I would make an adequate team member and provide assistance to the fullest of my ability.
